Hi! My name is Charlotte,

Personal trainer, Fascial stretch therapist and nutrition coach.

Originally from the Netherlands, I now call New Smyrna Beach, Florida home. My passion for movement started early- I was a competitive athlete growing up and went on to study physical education at the University of Applied Sciences in Amsterdam.

After graduation, I pursued my dream of becoming a professional snowboarder. As a proud member of the Dutch National team I Competed in World championships and X-Games. It was an exciting chapter in my life, but it also came with some challenges. After breaking my ankle twice and undergoing two surgeries I was determined to return to competition but my ankle would not cooperate.

Despite months of '“working through the pain” It wasn’t until I met with a physical therapist who discovered the real issue: my fascia. there was scar tissue and adhesions in the fascia it restricted my movement and it made every step painful. Once the physical therapist was able to loosen up the fascia, my recovery truly began.

Over the years, I’ve faced my share of injuries. So I truly understand how challenging- and at times, discouraging- the recovery process can be. But I’ve also learned that movement can be empowering and fun when it’s pain-free. My personal journey has given me the insight and empathy to work closely with clients dealing with pain or traumatic injuries. Together, we find ways to move safely, work around limitations, and still make meaningful progress toward their goals.

With over 10 years of experience as a personal trainer and more than 5 years as a certified Fascial Stretch Therapist, I’m passionate about guiding you through your fitness journey- helping you move better, feel stronger and live pain free with a personalized approach that meets where you are.
